Trampoline Gymnastics
Trampoline Gymnastics (TG) is one of the official disciplines recognized by the FIG. It is an aerial sport that features high jumps, somersaults, and twists in the air, requiring full body control and balance on landing.
Types of Trampoline Competitions:
🟠 Individual Trampoline – a series of continuous jumps with flips and twists.
🔵 Synchronized Trampoline – two athletes perform identical moves simultaneously.
🟢 Tumbling – acrobatic passes performed along a sprung track.
🔴 Double Mini-Trampoline – fast and precise jumps on a small trampoline.
Recommended starting age: 5 years and above.
Requires strong muscles, body control, and continuous training to reach elite levels.
