Rhythmic Gymnastics

Rhythmic Gymnastics (RG) is an official discipline recognized by the FIG. It combines artistic performance, flexibility, balance, and coordination, performed on the floor with different apparatus accompanied by music.

🎀 Ribbon – Circular waves and flowing movements requiring control and coordination.

🟡 Hoop – Used in throws and rotations around the body, requiring speed and precision.

🔵 Ball – Elegant balances and throws demonstrating agility and grace.

🔴 Clubs – A pair of clubs used in synchronized throws and rotations.

🟢 Rope – Fast jumps and swings requiring rhythmic coordination.

Best Age: 3 years and above.

Requires high flexibility and precision to reach international competitive levels.
